Highly, do not recommend coming here. Staff is extremely unfriendly. They literally look like they hate their lives. No type of professionalism. Nobody was in here and it took them over 20 minutes to come to the sign in station. 5+ minutes to get somebody to come to the concession stand. The place might have new owners, but it’s still just as rundown. Exposed springs in the trampoline areas and dirty mats. Tried to use the photo booth paid $5. Never printed out my photos. Was thinking about getting a monthly pass here, but definitely not now. I’d rather drive all the way to urban air and then come back to this place.

It isn't the most exciting place to go for kids I've definitely seen better, however for half the price of most places it's great as a last minute idea to tire your kiddos out.

Great place for kids to go and feel free and safe. I will recommend this place to any family. It’s a great investment. I do say their food is good, just need a little more selection. More finger food for the kids, beside pizza!!

I am updating my review, I give Defy 5 stars. Dale is awesome manages this location perfect! All the employees have been very helpful & consistent. Everything is sanitary & organized. Food & drinks are fresh. Prices can be a bit high but with a membership you receive a discount. Great team work employees @ Defy.. Starts with the leader Dale he’s very respectful, helpful, great communication skills overall great performance!
