Eventually they refused to alter my clothing. I use them many times often the alterations where subpar where they miss something or one side wasn't altered the way the other one was, I had to bring them back. The reality is if you need really nicely altered clothing and not just like a uniform for a basic fit or something, this is not the place for you. I really don't understand why people start a business and then when they're asked to do the job really well it bothers them and they'd rather just not work with the customer. I mean this is the business--You guys opened the business in this field doing a specific job and when you get a customer who expects really good work you refuse the customer? Absolutely ridiculous. People who want altered clothes by definition are going to be picky and expect things to be perfect. Or at least close to perfect. I could have taken these to another place and just waited longer but I thought they could do good work with a shorter turnaround time. I was wrong. I guess businesses get insecure when a customer highlights their shortcomings.

Mary or Maria whichever is her real name, after taking in several expensive silk blouses for alterations. She deliberately cut the sleeves too short! Mary cut the sleeves way too short on three even after she carefully marked them in front of me! She knew exactly what she was doing! Not only did she ruin these blouses at $500 or more each she charged me a higher price than she did my husband for the exact same type of shirt or pant! When I asked for a price sheet she said it was listed online. I believe she saw my expensive clothing and driving up in an expensive car so she thought she could get away with doing things that were unethical and probably illegal! That’s unfortunate there are people like her. Below are a few of the silk blouses in photos where Mary cut the sleeves at least 3-4 inches too short! She is responsible for this.
