Called prior to ask if they could do a specific type of repair. I was advised yes after explicitly describing the issue. I drove to the business to be told they do not do that type of repair. I will be submitting documentation to be reimbursed for mileage.
The store itself is very clean, and overall they do a good job. However, the woman who works there was quite rude, and as a regular customer, I found her behavior disappointing. On two separate occasions, I noticed inconsistent treatment. When I dropped off my clothes, there was a customer ahead of me, and she told that person they could pay later—even though the customer didn’t ask. When it came to me, she immediately asked for payment. I don’t mind paying at all, but I do mind being treated differently. It made me question how she makes those judgments. Today, when I picked up my dry cleaning, she said there was a mistake and that I was charged for only two items instead of three. I agreed to pay and asked how much they charge for a blouse. After she told me the price, I mentioned that they are more expensive than another cleaner I use. Her response was, “You can go there if it’s cheaper.” I thanked her and said I would. That response clearly communicated that my business was not valued. I can only imagine how many customers she has driven away with that attitude. Whether she is the owner or an employee, this is unacceptable. If she is an employee, she needs proper training—this is not how you speak to customers. Customer service matters, and in my line of work, I know that firsthand. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this dry cleaner. Even if it were the last one available, I would not go back.
Super disappointed! Spent over $215.00 to have custom T shirts dry cleaned, EVERY SINGLE SHIRT is as wrinkled as when I brought them in. It looks like they were just hung back on hangers and given back. Total waste of money. Also asked to NOT put safety pins through my shirts, we'll they must not of heard that part. Will not return!
I brought in a thrifted, cream-colored, silk jacket that had faint stains on it, but I honestly wasn't too concerned about the stains coming out moreso it just being clean. But they did an amazing job, it looked so incredible when I picked it up! I highly recommend!!
