I would highly recommend Denim Repair Service without any hesitation! If you have a nice pair of denim and you are looking for someone who does proper chainstitch hemming, look no further. I know where I will be taking all my denim from now on. Every step of the process with Denim Repair Service has been excellent. It is extremely easy and efficient to book an appointment online, and the automated system provides great updates to keep you reminded. Dongjin not only provides excellent and speedy communication, but he is also super kind and lovely to work with. He has been extremely accommodating, having shown up to both my appointments early, he was willing to meet me ahead of time and with a smile. I was a bit unsure about hemming length and Dongjin allowed me to come up and try on the jeans and pinned them for me. Lastly his pricing is extremely fair and well worth it for the quality of workmanship, his hemming looks every bit as good as the original if not better!

Dongjin hemmed 17 pairs of jeans for me. These included regular denim and selvedge. He has a union stitcher which means the hems got the proper stitching method. Very satisfied with all of the work. It was very easy to book with Dongjin and communications were smooth. He kept me up to date on timeliness as well. Highly recommend. He's my go to guy for denim repair and alterations.
