The puppy and goat yoga classes are unlike any other! I’ve been doing their classes for years and absolutely love the fun locations, wonderful instructors and furry friends. Have to check bunny yoga off my list soon!
I LOVE this org!!! Every time I go to an event I leave with a new friend. I’ve done rooftop sunset yoga and stayed for the full social hour after. Did puppy yoga with adoptable puppies and OMG how perfect. I love how they have NA options and a huge variety of classes! If you’re on the fence, GOOOOOO

Every class feels intentional, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated—from the instructors to the unique venues. It’s truly for everyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I always leave feeling more grounded, connected, and grateful. Yoga Social isn’t just a class—it’s an experience and a community.
We were super excited about puppy yoga but unfortunately the experience fell flat. The class was so overcrowded that we could not even place our mats completely flat. There were 5 puppies for over 20 people and I felt bad for the puppies the entire time. There really was not a good yoga component at all, I wasn’t expecting anything amazing but it was not yoga. It was a very expensive experience and I wish I had donated the money to a shelter and gone there instead.
We had a great time at Yoga Social. The instructor led the class expertly to challenge varying skill levels, and it was enjoyable being able to get a little exercise in while spending time with the cutest puppies. I would definitely recommend trying out a class.
