They are liars When I called them to make an appointment, the representative over the phone told me that they accept the insurance. After visiting the doctor I was fully charged the co-pay, once I questioned, they told me here everything is out of pocket. Even doctor said, we don't accept insurance, I questioned, why your scheduler got my insurance and put on hold for a while and then said, yes we accept your insurance and your co-pay shouldn't be more than $25 but I end up paying them $300. I don't recommend the DTRC to anyone, they are literally scamming you.
Great experience. Dr Radusky was eloquent, kind and very clear. The entire team from the front desk to the assistants are super nice and kind. Very knowledgeable.
We had a great experience at DTRC. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable, and we only waited about 10 minutes before being called back. The medical assistant was very friendly and easy to talk to, which immediately put us at ease. Dr. Radusky was wonderful—extremely personable, knowledgeable about the latest treatments, and took the time to really understand what was going on with my son. It’s so refreshing these days to find a doctor who asks thoughtful questions, explains things clearly, and develops a thorough follow-up plan. We left feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend!
Dr Radusky was very interactive and personable. His professional knowledge and way of explaining to you as a patient is excellent! Recommend him highly. The office and staff are great also. Easy to make appointment and registering in the office was simple. Big thumbs up!
