Highly recommend ! I’ve already been telling everyone who is willing to listen about this place ! I am a beginner and if I didn’t tell you that, and you were watching you wouldn’t even know simply bc everyone is so welcoming and don’t odd ball anyone out. From the trainees willing to partner with me and help me, to the coaches being spot on!! Great experience !!!! Great people ! Great place !!’n

The couches are very patient and work well with any student from ages young to older. Classes are great and have a lot of sparing time that work around safety equipment if you do or don’t have it. As a beginner I purchased equipment after the first day and excited to put it to work in this gym. If you come to this gym you’ll have a great experience and learn so much from each session. I encourage anyone with kids or wanting to finally start to just come in and give it a chance bc you won’t be disappointed. It is a smaller environment with multiple classes at the same time so your able to watch other styles and find the best fit for you.

I’m so happy I found this gym. Everyone here, from the owner to the trainers to the other fighters, are so nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Franc was super helpful when I wanted to get started and very generous and personable to get to know and speak with. Mary is an encouraging, hard working, and patient trainer. Both of them helped me start my MMA journey and I can’t wait to progress with them! This is an amazing gym with an incredible environment to grow and learn in!

I've been looking for a boxing gym in Arlington for a while now. I used to do boxing for fitness but life got in the way, and now 3 kids later, I've been wanting to get back in shape. I found this place recently and it did not disappoint, at all. Franc was incredibly kind and helpful when I reached out for more information. I showed up to try a free class, and it felt just like my old boxing classes. The classes are M-Th at 6:45 pm and have a great vibe. You can tell the gym itself is just good people, and I'm excited to have found this place! Definitely worth a try!
