My husband and I did extensive research before our hot tub purchase. We visited several stores and did a few wet tests as well. Pablo was by far the most honest and knowledgeable person that we found. He spent so much time to make sure our first experience buying a hot tub was as easy as he could. He is kind and patient. I would recommend him very highly.
We stopped at DFW Hot Tubs to look around and see what the differences were in all the tubs. Pablo is very knowledgeable and very patiently answered all of our questions. He allowed us to sit in two different models and see the differences. We decided on an Edison. Delivery went much faster and was easier than we expected. The two delivery men were very good at what they do and made the whole process seem effortless. We have now had it two weeks and have enjoyed it every day. We would totally recommend going to talk with Pablo if you are interested in getting a hot tub. Thank you Pablo for everything!!
