I had an amazing experience here! The staff was super professional and kept me updated every step of the way. My car looks brand new. You’d never know it was in an accident. They handled the insurance paperwork, explained everything clearly, and even finished the job earlier than promised. Great communication, honest pricing, and top-notch quality and service. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need body work again. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who values excellent service!

From start to finish this place was fantastic. My car was damaged after a rear end accident and the team handled everything. From the estimate to the final delivery, with clear communication and no surprises. They matched the paint perfectly, the repairs felt factory quality, and they even washed and vacuumed the car before returning it. Turnaround was faster than expected and the price was fair for the level of work. Highly recommend if you want professional repairs and friendly, no pressure service. Five stars!

My car was in an accident and had significant damage. Fortunately, this professional team did an amazing job with the bodywork and paint. Not only does the body look like new, but the paint job was also done so cleanly and precisely that you can’t even tell the car was ever in an accident. I’m truly grateful for their respectful attitude, attention to detail, and timely delivery of the car. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy body and paint shop, I highly recommend them.

I recently took my white Lexus RX to DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop after noticing a scratch on the rear bumper. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. They repaired and painted the bumper perfectly, and the car looks as good as new! The entire process took about a week, which was reasonable for the quality of work they provided. Carvana's SilverRock warranty covered all the costs, making the experience completely hassle-free. I really appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled body shop in the DFW area, I highly recommend DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop!
