They were quick and efficient even though it was a busy day with walk-ins. There were T-storms and flood warnings the day of my appointment. They let me change my appointment time so I wouldn't have to drive in bad weather. I saw numerous acts of great customer service while I was waiting for my car. They performed my alignment and provided a no pressure quote for a different issue that I needed looked at. Nice experience, overall! I plan to have the additional work done here in January.

I had a fantastic experience with David today. My garage door suddenly stopped working, and he arrived within about 10 minutes of my call — incredibly fast response! He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to get the needed parts right away, coming back in just another 10 minutes. David was very hardworking, professional, and efficient throughout the entire service. The pricing was fair and transparent. After completing the repair, he cleaned up everything, removed the trash, and made sure the garage was spotless. The door now works perfectly. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and reliable. I highly recommend David to anyone who needs garage door service. Thank you for the excellent work!

When I need to get back on the road fast this is the place I go. Great prices too especially for the speed. Quite frankly, I don’t know how they do it. They give great individual attention, fix it quickly…while serving others. Thank you for being awesome!

I came to get my brakes inspected and changed. First off I love that they send me text messages and images of my car of what needs to be done and fixed. As well as Chris gave me a call to go over the images and the break down price. Definitely will recommend this place for my family and friends to come and get their cars inspected. Five stars plus. My 2017 SUV had a total engine failure driving on 75 near Park Lane on Sept 10. I was able to coast into Fix N Go where Chris and his team were able to diagnose the problem in less than 3 hours and THEN contacted the dealer and was able to confirm that an engine warranty would cover nearly 10k for the new engine. Their first call to me included the diagnosis and the full plan for obtaining the warranty repairs. Of course I wasn’t there at that point because I was already in their complimentary loaner vehicle and back to work - and with as LITTLE stress as you could imagine. I have lived in Dallas for 30 years and have never had this level of customer service or quality. And now a new customer for life. Thank you Chris and Fix n Go - you took a lousy break on the highway and made it almost a non- event.
