Really great service. The team were so kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure all our preferences were met. Georgia was especially lovely — she was very kind and took the time to share her opinion, which helped us a lot in making decisions. Nathan was also exemplary and incredibly helpful throughout. We really appreciated all their support!

I cannot recommend diamond factory enough. Buying an engagement ring can be an overwhelming process, but the experience I had here was outstanding from start to finish. We were lucky enough to work with Georgia, who was absolutely incredible. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. She didn't just try to sell me a ring; she helped us find the ring. She walked us through the different options and styles without ever making us feel pressured. My wife is absolutely in love with the ring, and I have Georgia to thank for making it happen. If you are looking for incredible customer service and beautiful quality, look no further.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Georgia at Diamond Factory and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Initially, we knew very little about diamond rings but Georgia took the time to explain everything in clear, precise detail. She was incredibly patient with all my questions (and there were a lot since I was so indecisive!), and never once made me feel rushed. Her friendliness and knowledge made such a difference. I walked away feeling confident and really excited about my choice. Thank you Georgia, for turning what could have been an overwhelming decision into such an enjoyable experience!
