It was an okay experience. I didn't like that there website was difficult and that they had computer issues at the shop, but when we finally decided on what to purchase it was a smooth transaction. It was a casual conversation and no pressure into buying something more expensive.

Dicksons came highly recommended to me by my step-dad, Last week I Dropped my engagement ring and bands off to get sautered together and sized to all the same size(the band was not made for my ring so had to be slightly restructured). I picked my ring up today everything was perfect, done beyond expectations in timely manner 10/10 recommend! They Truly are professionals, easy to work with & trustworthy also thank goodness they have upstanding customer service skills for difficult people like me! You will not be disappointed.

Dickson's did a fantastic job fulfilling my husband's wish to incorporate two ram heads from an old watch that belonged to his father, with a smart watch. Couldn't have been more pleased. Did I mention the price I was charged to do this was phenomenal. Check them out!

Immediately attended me and fixed my broken watch in real-time. I paid in an Andrew Jackson and left with a lofty return of change. I'm so dang happy to have my watch in functioning order, and the fact that an expert gave it her seal of approval makes me feel like a million bucks - "If you look good, you feel good". I say it all the time.
