He was able to take out the earring flawlessly and effortlessly in less than 2 minutes, without any pain. I thought it would have to be cut, but the earring is also perfectly in tact! They were SUPER friendly and did EXCELLENT work. Prices were competitive to others in the market. I did have to wait several days for a quote on the cost to repair a chain and replace 2 batteries. The quality of the work that was provided and their friendly attitudes made it worth the wait!
