Guerrero and the rest of his team are amazing. I had an earring stuck in my ear- after spending hours trying to take it out and causing myself so much pain, I decided to head to Guerrero's. He was able to take out the earring flawlessly and effortlessly in less than 2 minutes, without any pain. I thought it would have to be cut, but the earring is also perfectly in tact! Guerrero is 100% the place to go for any jewelry related issues.

They were SUPER friendly and did EXCELLENT work. Prices were competitive to others in the market. I did have to wait several days for a quote on the cost to repair a chain and replace 2 batteries. The quality of the work that was provided and their friendly attitudes made it worth the wait!
