I like the carwash but the kiosk signed me up for text promotions that you CAN'T unsubscribe from. I keep messaging "quit", and although it sends confirmation of opting out, the messages inevitably start right back up as if rubbing my face in the fact that I can't get rid of the spam.

I left really disappointed with this car wash. For $20, you’d think the basics would be covered, but they couldn’t even get bird poop off the roof of my car. That’s not a small detail — it’s exactly the kind of thing you go to a car wash for. The wash itself felt rushed, and the end result wasn’t anywhere near worth the money I paid. Honestly, if I’m spending that much, I expect a car that looks noticeably cleaner when I drive away. Instead, I left feeling like I should’ve just gone somewhere else. A good hand wash would’ve done a far better job for the same or even less money. I’m usually not picky about car washes, but this one just didn’t deliver on value, quality, or attention to detail. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be coming back.

With 6 locations around the city and unlimited car washes starting at $19.99 a month, Dirks Car Wash is my personal favorite in Pittsburgh. I prefer touchless washes for my car, and the Bloomfield location offers just that! The platinum washes include an undercarriage spray which is SUPER important, especially living in Pittsburgh with all the salt that can ruin your car in the winter.

Usually go to the one down in Lawrenceville, but really wanted to get a wash . Paid $20 for a good one and for me that’s very rare . Came home few blocks away , started to wipe it down. it doesn’t even look like it was washed . Waste of money.

Im sitting in the parking lot right now looking for a different car wash. After spending $18 on their premium wash, I pulled over to the vacuum and there is still streaks of dirt all over the car. The least they can do is upgrade the vacuum. Extremely disappointing for the price. Too bad they got rid of the self service wash further down liberty.
