nice touchless car wash. make sure you enter slowly so the under carriage wash gets to thoroughly spray. it’s nice that they have upgraded to a license plate scanner so you don’t have to enter a code when you’re a member.

The touchless Lawrenceville location needs a serious upgrade to the washers. There is a significant difference in quality to the old outdated ones there compared to the ones on liberty Avenue

Recently I’ve been going through the car wash since the weather has been nice & noticed last week my antenna was taken off. after I left it was too late to go back when I noticed it missing as Dirks Car Wash on butler street makes their own hours. over time I also noticed my roof getting more scratched, I wasn’t sure if it was from there or not until yesterday, when I went through & heard a scraping noise. I contacted the car wash at their customer service number & they proceeded to deny my claim & send me clown emojis as well as threatening me to not come back. they took my membership out of my bank then canceled it how do I go about getting this money back? It’s really sad that when these businesses come into Lv & you try to support them then they think they’re entitled to talk down on people I’m purely disgusted by this interaction & will not be going back. I hope my friends & family do the same. if you know me you know I am there once, if not twice a week. I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

I was so disappointed that the first cleaning didn't wash out any foam. After cleaning for the second time, the effect is the same, but the foam is still not washed clean. Now the car is full of stains. This is the first time I've had such a tragic experience.

I spent $14 For the silver Wash in the touchless car wash side. There was still dirt on my car when I left. Definitely not worth $14! If my car was really dirty prior to going through I could see maybe a little dirt left behind but it wasn't. Edit: In response to the reply from the manager. First, I didn't notice until I got home that there was still dirt all over the car. I live in Ross township therefore I wasn't driving back to Lawrenceville. Secondly, I didn't want to use the soft cloth I wanted to use touchless. Lastly, I did attempt to look for a website with contact information and found nothing. There was no website anywhere.
