Don’t usually submit reviews but I went to 3 different tire stores before this one and no one could help me get my air pressure checked. The guy who helped me out here was professional and friendly and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Will definitely return for any tire related issues.
Great experience at Discount Tire. I had a really good experience at Discount Tire with my Chevy Silverado. The staff was friendly, professional, and didn’t waste my time. They explained my options clearly, helped me choose the right tires for my truck. The install was smooth, the work was done right, and they treated my Silverado with care. The waiting area was clean, and they kept me updated the whole time. Overall: fast service, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back and I recommend them to any truck/auto owner.
I called so many places looking for wheels and tires. It was overwhelming all the options out there. The people at Discount Tire on Junction were super friendly, patient and helpful. They spent a lot of time with me explaining everything, inspecting my tires and giving me options. I'm so glad I went here! The entire experience was easy and pleasant. I highly recommend. The prices were reasonable.
Discount tires on Junction road is amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. I had a service covered by insurance and they took the time to make the extra phone calls and emails to ensure I didn’t have to pay then get reimbursed. They would just be paid directly by the insurance company. You can also transfer their tire coverage to the next owner of the vehicle. When I sold my mini van I passed along the paperwork to the new buyer as I had recently put tires on it. I never feel talked down to as a woman here. They have clear visuals for where on a tire they can repair and they will show you your tire with its hole and how it compares to the picture. I appreciate the transparency.
Were those of us that are not very good at putting air in our tires or have no clue how to don’t even know what we’re supposed to damage here supposed to have then this is your dream come true it’s very accessible right off the beltline you get off at old Sauk Road and I’ve been going there for years because they take such great care of me for my tires. I can stop in anytime they even have if you pull in the driveway of the parking lot you will see down at the end there it says free tire service they will put air in your tire so you have you don’t have to worry anymore lol they have great prices on tires. They do a fantastic job one morning when I was headed to work unfortunately I drove over a large screw that embedded itself in my tire. I drove there immediately and I couldn’t really afford tires at the time but they said don’t worry they pulled the screw out. They filled it and it’s just like new and they didn’t even charge me. They’re just so nice there. The service is excellent out there when it comes to Tires good prices great service and remember for the winter you have to put a little more air in your tires so why should you be trying to find a place driving all over that has an air service pump and then you don’t even know what you’re doing or it’s too darn cold. You don’t even wanna get out of your car. This is your answer. I just love it. I’ve been going there for over 15 years.
