Came into the store to have a tire dismounted form it’s rim. Bryan S. Help me out with my needs. Tire was removed and disposed with no charge. Service was quick and Bryan was very professional. My next set of tire will be definitely purchased from DT!

I have used Discount Tires for lots of years. Recently I bought new tires for my vehicle at the location on 82nd Milwaukee. I was there today , customer service from Bryan was awesome. I had an issue with my windshield wipers, Ted and Bryan took care of it.Thank you Bryan for great customer service. The wait was pleasant. By the way, they play great music.Makes you want to get out of your vehicle and dance 😀 . Have a great day

Bought 5 new tires online and made an appointment for a few days later. Installation was done in exactly 1 hour (including wait time). Very busy location, but seemed organized and efficient. Best experience I’ve ever had at any Discount Tire.

I use this location because it is the closest to my house and it is typically fine, nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about either. I was sent home with my donut spare tire on my vehicle Saturday because they had to order a tire for me that was to arrive the following Monday. They were supposed to call me when the tire came in, but I ended up having to call and ask if it was in. I made an appointment for Tuesday morning and the installation was done before the projected time they gave me. Once I got home, I quickly found out why. They did put the spare back in correctly, bless their hearts, but left everything else scattered in the back of my vehicle (as pictured). It would’ve taken 5-10 more minutes of effort to complete the job they started. It’s almost like I got subpar service this time because they only got $47 out of me for a new hazard certificate.
