I've always gotten great service at discount but today I was the first in line at 8am to get my tire pressure checked. Waiting for over 15 minutes to get someone to assist after being told several times someone would be with me shortly. Very disappointed.

Shoutouts to Wesley and the crew in the bays, I had a total of 3 (THREE!) nails in 2 tires and they were able to save the almost new tires. They were really busy but they got me back on the road in less than 2 hours

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire and wanted to take a moment to shout out their employee, Tristan, for going above and beyond. From the moment I pulled in, Tristan was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my options without pushing anything I didn’t need, and made sure I got the best value for my money. What really impressed me was the speed and quality of the service. Tristan kept me updated the whole time, made sure my tires were installed and balanced correctly, and even gave helpful tips for maintaining them long-term. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. In a world where great customer service is hard to find, Tristan and the crew at Discount Tire really stand out. I’ll definitely be returning for all my tire needs, and I’ll recommend this location to friends and family. If you go, ask for Tristan — you’ll be in great hands.

Came in on 10/27 for new tires. Took an hour longer than estimated time. The online tracker wouldn’t update so I had to ask for updates. They don’t have a crank to lower a spare tire from a truck. I had left mine in the garage when I changed out a tire. Had to go home take the tire off and come back. Would have been another hour and half wait. Took it down the street. One more thing, A couple of sales guys seem friendly. Tall sales guy…. not so much. If you go it will be a good wait. I prefer other locations myself.

I had a really great experience at Discount Tire! I have a condition that makes it a little hard for me to express myself sometimes, but the manager, Dale, was incredibly patient and understanding. He quickly took care of the issue with the tires I had just bought and made the whole process easy. It truly is a hassle-free tire store, and they definitely live up to their slogan — “Let’s Get You Taken Care Of.”
