I went today in hopes of getting my tire repaired but was not able to due to the side wall being damaged. I explained that I am on a fixed income and the guy was AMAZING AND gave me a great price; just wish I remembered his name! I really hope he is blessed. I would 10 out of 10 reccomend

Usually a decent shop, but they just told my fiancee that she desperately needs new tires and they're a safety problem. They reported 4/32nds in the online portal. I took the wheels off to have a look when she got home, and the tires are in good shape. They have separate wear bars for Dry, Wet and Snow use, of which two showed Wet and two showed Snow, and I couldn't find a reason to replace them. Tread depth is cleanly over 4/32nds when measured at home.

Lina really knew her stuff. I was about to head out of town on a 3 hour trip and noticed a slash in my tire. Took it to Discount Tire because I have an account there. Lina greatest me promptly and took a look. It was time for a full set anyway, but I was concerned about time. Lina promised I'd be out in time. She had me in and out in about an hour. My truck is riding like a dream.

Much appreciated their professionalism & help they give. Carlos helped out for my situation, was able to find the best solution. A great team there is there works here, like Cal. Thank you for the kindness yet safety you concern about for customers being on the road. 🙏 Update to the story: I had also visit the same location after 6days due to another flat (I know.. police even say, I won’t give you a ticket, please get home safely when I craw home with no extra spare money for toll, I tried being on streets instead of highway). The gentleman that helped me Christopher was wonderful! He was even helping me to check my car if there’s a spare tire. For all these time I had changed tires between Subaru and discount tire. Nobody had offered to help this way. My car doesn’t come with a spare. We were able to figure out a spare for me to get in future when im ready to pay in case I go camping and things happen 🥹 What a thoughtful way to show yet to respect the sales in business? 🥹🙏 Kindness takes one sec/few mins, even many would honk and get angry at 11pm at night even with less traffic. This is what I appreciate and focus on 🙏 the beautiful people. Thank you! I thank again for discount tire, and thank you for the kindness the employees have. Even the one on the side that works very hard to help with tires, a beautiful team they have, especially Jayden & Matt, non judgements. Honestly all the shops I had gone to has always been great, is why you guys out stand the choices I made to come even by “crawling” to you 😂. 8/14/25 Another review for the day! I would like to give thanks for this amazing store. The gentleman that helps me his name is Matt this time. Also Adam from the back to place the tire for me. I just am so grateful for the wonderful team that works here! Every time I go into the tire shop I always get nervous. And this is a very special shop that I feel comfortable and able to rely on for the time being no matter how far I have gone driving. I choose to be loyal to the people that have kindness and caring for customers. This shop is one of them! I thank Matt & Adam today for the amazing service. Had two tires on my camper blow out at the same time. Staff was helpful and accommodated us as soon as we arrived. They had two matching tires in stock. Had us in and out in under an hour including TPMS programming. Fantastic service!
