Jacob and Andrew were absolutely amazing! I brought my truck in on a Monday and had it back by Thursday. I had to get my entire power steering assembly replaced along with the rack. Jacob pulled some strings and did everything he could legally to help me get the repairs for my truck! I really appreciate all the hard work they did for me, and just how kind and polite all of the employees were there!! 5 Star Alliance Day and I’ll be back, but hopefully not anytime soon!!

I had an outstanding experience at Peak Auto Service yesterday! Andrew, Trevor, and Jacob did an incredible job, saving me from a potential disaster with my suspension. Their customer service is five stars – they always kept me well-informed and never made me feel anxious, providing constant reassurance. Their technical ability is also five stars – my 30-year-old truck has never felt better, and they were very affordable compared to other shops!

Super knowledgeable mechanic shop! Owner was not only friendly and communicative but also clearly experienced and very passionate about what he does. I was provided with a description of the issues found from the inspection and the option to have each fixed now. Not the cheapest shop in the area, but I’m very pleased with the quality of work!

Ethan and Jacob (the owner) are amazing and so is the rest of their crew - they CONSTANTLY find ways to save me money on maintenance and to find efficient fixes that make sense as opposed to simply upselling me. I can't praise these guys enough. Ethan goes above and beyond to make sure you're in the know - whether it's pricing, showing you parts and giving quotes whether by phone call or text or e-mail, and if Ethan doesn't know, Jacob steps in and makes sure his crew is supported to make sure you know what your options are.
