I had a great experience with the team at Tommy’s Express Car Wash. I stopped in to get three of our fleet vehicles set up with memberships, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Charleston at the cashier window was incredibly friendly and helpful. He got me set up quickly, guided me through the wash right away, and even included a complimentary interior clean, which was a great added touch. While my vehicle was being cleaned, Donovan assisted with setting up the memberships for all three vehicles. He walked me through the app, explained how to manage the memberships, and even showed me how to cancel if needed. I really appreciated how transparent and informative he was. The service overall was efficient, professional, and welcoming. Both the interior and exterior of my vehicle were cleaned thoroughly. It’s clear this team takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely continue using their services and would highly recommend them to others.
