Discount Tire is awesome an I have used their services for years and I highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone that mentions any problems with their tires. But, this particular location houses the most unprofessional, crooked, and untrained employees I have ever encountered. I brought my wife’s car in and told them her tire was running flat and probably had a screw or nail in the tire. I was told she needed 4 new tires. I told them I would be replacing her tires in the spring and we’re still in the yellow zone. 3 tires are still green. The affected tire is still green. I just wanted the one tire that was leaking air repaired. They took my car for approximately 45 minutes and returned the car. They explained that the is no repair needed. I just need to replace my tire pressure sensors and could do that when I replaced the tires. My wife’s tire of course ran flat again. The screw is still there. I also inflated her tires to 40psi and the tire pressure sensors cleared. I guess that means they were working all the time. I guess she just happened to have the same exact problem again. Instead of an apology, I was refused service. A man’s integrity is all he has and this particular Discount Tire has zero credibility. Please continue using Discount Tire. Avoid this location until a manager with honest principles and integrity is on the floor who holds the employees accountable. I took her car to a different Discount Tire location and had zero problems, got the tire repaired, didn’t have to change out my tire sensors, and was covered under the warranty. It is amazing how much of a difference there is between two locations under the same Discount Tire branding.

Daniel & other team members were incredibly knowledgeable. No-nonsense - they found I needed new tires and applied a discount against them from my old certs. Daniel recommended an alignment check and I told them to just do the adjustments as is needed. The alignment guy did a great job and identified an issue with my right rear strut which I'm replacing soon.

Wow. This place has hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The guy at the front desk couldn’t have been ruder if he tried. I came in with a simple flat tire and asked if they could patch it. He didn’t even bother to look at it — just immediately tried to sell me brand-new tires like some pushy salesperson who clearly has no idea how to talk to people. It was pouring rain, the shop looked busy, and instead of giving me any explanation, any options, or even pretending to care, he just brushed me off with zero effort. No trying to work it out. No checking if it was fixable. No offering a time to come back. Nothing. I even told him I was fine buying new tires — I simply asked if I could come back tomorrow. His attitude made it obvious he’s never been trained in customer service… honestly, it doesn’t seem like he’s been trained for any job at all. If you enjoy being treated poorly, talked down to, and ignored, this is the perfect place. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Shout out to the great team at this Discount! Hit a huge rock and blew out a five month old tire. Replacement was covered by warranty and they were able to get a new one in and on the same day. They also found and fixed a screw in another tire that I didn't even know was there. $52 and change and 25 minutes later I was back rolling. Thanks guys!!😎

This review is for the shop located on Windmill Parkway, west of North Pecos Road in Henderson, NV. We have been coming to this same store since it first opened and have always been completely satisfied with their work. The waiting room and restrooms are always clean and well-maintained, and they do their very best to keep it that way. The staff here are always friendly, helpful and professional and treat you like you’re a friend (special thanks to Nick and Johnathan). This place is very easy to make an appointment and best of all, they keep that appointment time. We were here just the other day to have our tires rotated on two vehicles. Not only were they on time, but we were also out of there in under an hour. Another key point is the prices they charge for new tires when compared to other tire companies in town, they always seem to have the best prices - bottom line, we highly recommend this location and the people that work there.
