The only reason this place is getting one star is because I found something I liked. The workers ruin the experience entirely, they were so rude and behave as if the customers are beneath them. Do the people working the sales floor know how to say excuse me? Do the people at the registers talk? I wasn’t even looking for a conversation just asked how much the glasses behind the counter were and in return I get a blank stare and the glasses just placed on the counter. Management should talk to their workers, seriously. God forbid you have to do the job you applied for.
How the store was organized wasn't easy to figure out at first. But once I'd done a quick lap through the main isles, I got it. I enjoyed seeing decorative home goods all through the store. We found several nice items and all were marked down.
They get this stuff for free and expect to charge dang near what it cost new. Nike used shirts are $20 when you can but a new one for $25-$30. The prices here are ridiculous for stuff they get free.
Store is huge, well stocked and organized but no dressing rooms.
This store is a huge disappointment. The prices have gotten TOO HIGH since this past summer. A basic used Under Armour sweater is sold for $19, and I mean BASIC. Thiis exact same pullover at Ross is $19.99. Someone explain to managent they are a thrift store. So dissappointed. I have an included a picture of the price tag for reference. I then found another pullover, brand Russell which I've never heard of, for $16 (used) and thought, they've got to be kidding me. I Google searched the brand, and they retail for $21 new. Again, the pricing is UNREASONABLE, and i will not be shopping here anytime soon. Management, get your pricing together. You're a thrift store.
