Good service, conscientious crew, made sure I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning job before they left. I've included a before and after of one of our closets, where there was a bad pet stain.

Amazing service, friendly, accommodating. I needed my rug cleaned last minute and they were able to get me in. My rug now looks exactly how it did when I first bought it a couple years ago. Absolutely will book again, quality work that is worth the price :)

Excellent cleaning service. I especially loved the attention to detail regarding the move out cleaning. Mark was extremely helpful in explaining the different packages so I could make the right choice. The cleaning crew was friendly and thorough. All of my special requests were fulfilled. Divine Shine is the best residential cleaning service I have used so far!

Omg where do I begin! I wish I would have read the reviews fully before booking with them! After speaking with the “assistant “ & booking a $250 DEEP CLEAN service for my ALCOVE / STUDIO apartment less than 620sf , I called & emailed multiple times before service to make it as easy & detailed exactly what I need done. First of all the cleaner did not arrive on time but 30-40 minutes LATE which was stressful because I’m an engineer I work in a aseptic room so I had to literally put my work on hold to let the cleaners in my apartment. I get off of work to a half cleaned apartment… yall I can not make this up… they wiped down the counters & appliances were left unclean (stove,fridge,microwave) when I asked them why would they wipe the outside of the appliances but not clean them I was told (you would need to ask specifically for them to be clean it’s not included in the DEEP CLEAN…. Are you joking??….. they tried to charge and extra $25 for dishes lmfao I can’t believe how greedy , unprofessional, argumentative they were. Nothing was cleaned they left half of my apartment unvaccumm I even specifically told them I needed it vacuumed the only instructions I had was to not change my bedding. They literally did a quick wipe down for $250 then the cleaner offered to come back and when I reached out for the date to come back he sent me a text that was SO SO RUDE! to be point where I don’t even want them back in my apartment at all just keep the money and know that you just lost a customer willing to pay every month or every 2 weeks because I’m a single engineer I needed the service but I’ll take my money elsewhere! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! (Pictures is how they left my apartment after I paid them $250 for a DEEP clean & I hope they do come on here trying to lie & flip it around because I have ALL RECEIPTS. should take them to small claims for my money back!

This company is the best! I can't believe how clean my house is. They even made the beds and folded my laundry. My house smells so much better and looks amazing. I'm signings up for a monthly cleaning! The lady even washed my shower curtain.
