Good quality work. However, Took a little longer than expected. But probably because there are few people doing this work.

Our 65 inch curved Samsung had backlights go out. Docs replaced the backlight panel quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I left a Sony CD player here for repair over 5 months ago and had an original estimate of 2-4 weeks for repair. The shop hasn’t given me a single update since then and just respond with “we’re working on it” every time I call. I go out of my way to support small businesses and try to be as patient as possible. There’s no redeeming qualities about this business and would avoid at all costs. They took a diagnostic fee and haven’t even figured out what’s wrong in the months they’ve had it. The bare minimum I ask is that they would call and tell me it’s not repairable, which they didn’t. Horrible experience
