My family has been taking our dogs here for 10 years. That being said I do not know what changed but the atmosphere is now awful! The woman working the front desk is one of the rudest, negative people I have ever encountered! No people skills and obviously hates people like me! I called and spoke with the manager who could have cared less. She told me she would have the owner call me, but never happened. Something is off with this place. My dogs are terrified to walk in. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!
I had my 5 month old puppy board here for 6 nights while I was on a trip out of the country. They did not feed him 3 times a day as discussed and mislabeled his boarding bag. When I picked him up, he was significantly skinnier than when I dropped him off, with multiple bags of food I packaged still unused. I can see my puppy’s hip bones now. When I called, they only offered an apology when I spent $300 for my dog NOT to be properly cared for. Will not be using Dogs All Day again.
My pups have been going to Dogs All Day for boarding and daycare since 2011 and we absolutely love it! You can always find them on the cameras and the staff is so interactive with them. They are always happy to get there and come home exhausted from a fun day/week of play! I love that they play all day and aren’t stuck in cages for hours at a time besides sleep time.
Dogs all Day 💯 my rescue Sunshine gets so excited to go play with all the amazing staff! I would recommend them to any dog owner in Charlotte! Thank you for taking such good care of her!
THE BEST PLACE FOR DAYCARE AND BOARDING! Dogs All Day is the only place I trust to leave my two babies. Their staff is great!! They get to know the personalities of the dogs and even have their own pet names for my 2. I feel so good when I go out of town knowing that they are safe and sound AND HAPPY at DAD!!! They've been going there since they were puppies so it's like a second home for them :)))
