VerifiedWARNING! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car in on July 4 for a rear driver-side caliper replacement, and the experience was unacceptable. I waited 3 hours even though no other cars were ahead of mine. The mechanic seemed confused, worked on the wrong parts, and I even had to explain what a core return was. The car was returned without the brakes being properly bled, with no brake fluid, and I drove away with basically no brakes. That is a serious safety failure. When I came back, I was told I’d be charged another $199 for work that should have been done the first time. I was also told, “You people always think you can steal and get away with it,” which was offensive and racially charged. I had to call the police, and even 20 minutes after leaving, the brakes still were not right. This shop was unprofessional, careless, unsafe, and disrespectful. NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!

$1,500, 11 Months, and My Car Came Back Worse I brought my car here for a faulty crank position sensor and a damaged pigtail. They replaced the sensor, did some wiring repairs, and billed me $1,500. After that, everything stalled. There was never a clear deadline. I kept hearing “a few more days.” Weeks turned into months. At one point, they even lost my keys. Communication was minimal, and I was constantly strung along with no real answers. Eventually, they told me the vehicle was running just “running poorly.” After waiting nearly a year, I was tired of the delays and had them tow it back to me so I could take it elsewhere. When it arrived, it would not start at all. My one-year-old battery was completely dead. Interior panels were torn off. Parts were sitting loose inside the car and my ECU was dangling by wires. 11 months. $1,565. No fix and my car was returned in worse condition than when I brought it in. I cannot recommend this shop
