WARNING! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car in on July 4 for a rear driver-side caliper replacement, and the experience was unacceptable. I waited 3 hours even though no other cars were ahead of mine. The mechanic seemed confused, worked on the wrong parts, and I even had to explain what a core return was. The car was returned without the brakes being properly bled, with no brake fluid, and I drove away with basically no brakes. That is a serious safety failure. When I came back, I was told I’d be charged another $199 for work that should have been done the first time. I was also told, “You people always think you can steal and get away with it,” which was offensive and racially charged. I had to call the police, and even 20 minutes after leaving, the brakes still were not right. This shop was unprofessional, careless, unsafe, and disrespectful. NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!
