Great experience dealing with Rocky Mountain RV and Marine. All of the staff was pleasant and informative from the time we walked in the door, till we left. Our salesman Ricky, was very helpful in finding us what we were looking for. Carlos did the walk through with us and made sure we understood how everything worked on our new rig (inside and out). He did an excellent job explaining everything. The process was not rushed at all - all of our questions were answered and Carlos' personality made it fun!! RC was also available to answer questions. We also met with Bianca for the final paperwork. She is very efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. She made the process of finalizing the paperwork less stressful. Again, NONE of the staff are pushy at all. That and the knowledge of all of the staff is why we are a return customer. I highly recommend RMRVM

For months, my husband and I did our homework, researching, making pros and cons lists, and visiting nearly every RV dealer in Albuquerque.
