Working with Dope Magic to create the Doll Face Skin Club website was truly such a full-circle moment for me. From the very beginning, Joelle and her team were incredibly personable, communicative, and easy to work with. The entire process felt seamless and supportive, which is priceless when you’re building something so personal to your brand. What really sets them apart is their deep understanding of esthetics websites. They genuinely speak the language of our industry. Things like what can and can’t be sold online, how to properly structure services and products, and staying aligned with industry standards were handled effortlessly. I never felt like I had to over-explain myself—they just got it. I’ve wanted to work with Dope Magic for so long, and Joelle and I even connected early on when we were both opening our businesses. It’s always been a cute little goal of ours to collaborate one day, and honestly, the timing felt written in the stars. I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final result, and I’m so grateful to have worked with a team that truly understands both branding and esthetics at such a high level.

Joelle and her team went above and beyond what I could’ve ever imagined for my website! They made everything so much easier and more organized, especially when it comes to navigating orders through Shopify. If you’re thinking about investing in an amazing website but feel nervous about taking that step, do it! You won’t regret it. Joelle and her team (Hannah in particular) have been an absolute joy to work with in building my new website and Shopify store. I’ve had a few websites over the course of my career in esthetics (14 years) - and this by far is my favorite. Not only is the design stunning and reflects my brand in every capacity, but working with a company who specialize working with estheticians, made the process seamless and I knew I was in the best hands to execute my vision. Any changes or updates I need to the website, they are quick to respond and deliver the requests. Thank you so much Joelle and Hannah for creating such a beautiful and efficient website tmy customers and I love!

I sought legal counsel before rewriting this review and have the right to leave an honest Google review. Joelle's marketing is misleading; the profit margins she shares on social media are inconsistent. In our contract, Joelle states she will find a replacement if she can't finish a job. When I requested to terminate services, she did not offer a replacement. My website was never completed, and I did not approve a final site because I ended our working relationship due to her misleading marketing, yet she failed to offer replacement services. For the high price paid, there was minimal attention to detail. After requesting a 50% refund, Joelle sent a demand letter instead of directly replying, threatening me. My lawyer confirmed that I acted within my rights and did nothing illegal. Overall, my experience with Joelle has been very negative.
