Downtown Houston Dental

I had a great experience and the office personnel were all friendly and warm. I reached out last Friday via their site to request an appointment for some discomfort. I received a call on Saturday to schedule an appointment for this morning. I did not expect such a prompt response and that first engagement with the office was a good sign, IMO. My visit was smooth, options easy to understand, after a quick and comfortable treatment, I was all done. Heck, I enjoyed the whole thing so much I decided to schedule my cleaning with them and surprise again- they could get me in right then. Now my teeth are clean and I have a new dentist. 😆 10/10, no notes. Thanks for putting me at ease and for your kindness.

I had a crown come off and went in to see Dr. Johnson after 3 1/2 yrs of not going in. They got me in the day after I called which I wasn't expecting since I hadn't been in for so long. He and his staff are punctual, articulate and courteous. The technician quickly took x-rays and Dr. Johnson was in to explain clearly the issues I need to address. We made a game plan and and then he glued my crown back on and I was on my way. It was a very pleasant visit from start to finish and I highly recommend him and his staff. Also very convenient for anyone who works in downtown Houston!

Dr. Chris Johnson is a fantastic dentist. I have been coming to this dental office for almost 20 years. It used to be Dr. McClellan, but he sold his practice when he retired. Dr. Johnson has done a great job. I had to have a front tooth fixed where I had a tiny space and he was able to do a miracle job on that front tooth. It looks perfect. They match your teeth perfectly when you need any sort of cosmetic work done. I will always be grateful to Dr. Johnson for making my front tooth beautiful. The hygienists also do wonderful work!

👍 The dentist office is conveniently located Downtown and is easily accessible through the Downtown Tunnel System. 👍 The staff is polite, and many employees have been with the practice for a long time, which speaks to their stability and experience. 👍 They do an excellent job accommodating patients with special needs. 👍 The dentist clearly explained treatment options and processes, making it easier for patients to plan their visits with confidence. 🤜 The only detail that may be uncomfortable for some patients is the Christian music playing in the office. Visitors of other faiths might not feel at ease with it. Still, if this is the only area for improvement, they are doing a very good job overall.

I came in bc my teeth had become very sensitive, and I could really feel that something was off. I always get anxious when visiting the dentist, even if it’s just for a cleaning—but Dr. Johnson changed that! He was incredibly kind and gentle. And shoutout to his amazing dental assistant, Andrea—I love how you took the time to educate me. Girl, you are the best! It shows that this team genuinely care about helping patients have healthy teeth. Thank you both!! I will definitely be coming back here. 😊
