I truly enjoy going to Eado Family Dental at the Pinemont location . From the moment I walk in, the entire experience is welcoming and professional. Gabby at the front desk is amazing, she always takes the time to explain my insurance coverage clearly, answers all of my questions, and helps me understand my dental plan so I know exactly what to expect. She makes everything so easy and stress-free. Dr. Williams has been equally wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. She takes the time to explain what needs to be done, why it’s important, and how I can better care for my teeth moving forward. I really appreciate how she educates me on prevention and offers practical advice on improving my dental hygiene. She is kind, patient, and very understanding, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. Dr. Williams and her entire team truly go above and beyond, and I always feel confident and well cared for when I’m here. I highly recommend Eado Family Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care and an outstanding team
This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to, ever. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists are so kind and helpful. They explain everything so well and truly listen to you. Plus, it’s a nice bonus to be able to watch Netflix during your visit. Wouldn’t go to any other dentist!
My boyfriend and I went a few months ago. I was interested in Invisalign. After my cleaning, the doctor came in. He did not walk around to the front of my chair to see who he was speaking with. He did not greet me. He did not say hello. He did not introduce himself even as a first time patient. I guess he just walked in & sat almost behind me (I never saw his face until I did almost a 180° spin to see who was talking to me.) He literally spoke to the back side of my face the entire 2 minutes. Bedside manner is big for me so I wouldn’t dare trust him to perform a medical service on me. His aura was very off-putting. Wanted to give it another shot so my bf went back a 2nd time, and ONCE AGAIN, the doctor is just not friendly with us. All other staff is friendly but I will cancel the plan we signed up for and find a more friendly doctor who has basic human manners, who I feel I could trust, and who we can spend money with. We have not been back since.
I had such a great experience at EaDo Family Dental! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient — I barely had to wait before being seen. The office itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, which really helped ease any nerves I had about my appointment. The dentist and the hygienist were both amazing. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and exam. I really appreciated how gentle yet thorough they were — I left with my teeth feeling fresh and cared for without any discomfort.
I can’t say enough positive things about this office. They worked with my scheduling and rescheduling in order to get me in for my cleaning. Laura worked on my teeth and paid so much attention to detail! While still being gentle! It’s like she was prepping my teeth to be examined by an auditor and had to ensure that every tooth sparkled! It was amazing! And then Dr. Williams came in and this positive energy filled the room! She has to be the kindest person I’ve ever met. She was also extremely thorough and explained everything she was doing. She knows how to make sure her patients feel good and communicates everything. She explained the next steps and I was on my way with a clean and huge smile on my face. This office is a new style of dentistry and I’m for it. Also, don’t forget to check the awesome paintings by local artists throughout the office. Such a nice touch.
