I love Dragonfly! I have tried several community exercise classes in the past in various states; none have ever compared to DFly. The space is so clean and welcoming, and every single instructor is kind, motivating, and educational. Special shout out to Angela & Olivia for being amazing guides! Thank you 🩷

Dragonfly is by far the best studio in Madison! Very friendly environment, great instructors, and a diverse class offering all for a more affordable price compared to other studios in the area. Can't recommend enough!

So I’m very new to yoga, I’m plus size, and I haven’t worked out properly in a long time. Ofc this all made me nervous to try hot yoga but I left the first class feeling great! I have to say, I specifically enjoy Brittany Hanson’s class because it feels so welcoming. I don’t feel judged for not being able to do every move or for taking breaks along the way. Also, as someone who is 4”10- I appreciate her always bringing me down a bolster since I can’t reach them. In my everyday life I hate sweating..I mean I even dislike summer because of it. But when you leave hot yoga, you leave feeling refreshed in a way. Loved it so much, I decided to do the 12 month membership. Hoping by the end, I’m in a lot healthier place.

I was traveling for work and signed up for an unlimited one week membership. $39. It was perfect for what I needed. I went every day after work. The studio is great and the instructors were awesome. I had a wonderful experience and my body felt amazing.
