Just a comment about formality and cursing. You will be faced with extensive cursing with this therapist. She appears to be knowledgeable and sweet but if you don't appreciate a sailor cursing during therapy, may want to pass here.

This is not your common, bendy, stretchy, Western yoga joint. Sukha in Sankrit means: ease, joy, happiness... and this is what you can find here. The Guides in this studio are all knowledgeful, trauma-informed and I consistently find them to be amazingly intuitive. Sukha Somatics is a safe, inclusive space, offering great insights on Recovery from substances, behaviors & other types of often harmful lived experiences. There is also a wonderful concept offered at Sukha Somatics, in-which those who are financially able, can contribute a little bit (or a lot bit, if you like) extra in-support of those who may not be able to afford to pay for classes/membership, so that everyone can have access to practice. The Spaceholders and practitioners in this beautiful space are some of the kindest and friendliest humans I have ever found, in all of my travels & experience. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

Easily one of my favorite places to be. For yoga, meditation, meetings, the art nights are really fun too. The teachers are amazing. Super knowledgeable and kind. I was new to everything and they've helped me through all of it. I couldn't recommend it more.

I am so grateful to be a member of Sukha Somatics! All you need to bring is your body - they've got the yoga mats, props, blankets, and tea ready for you. I especially adore Savannah's restorative classes. I feel so supported, cared for, and safe at this cozy space.

One of the sweetest little spots in Madison and surrounding areas for inner and outer connection and healing. I absolutely love the owner and teachers there, and the amazing plants you are welcomed with (and invited to purchase, as well) are such a lovely greeting into practice. Highly recommended ❤️
