The entire process from visiting at the store to make my purchase of a Recliner Lift Chair for my Mother from Feriel Benachi. Sales Associate. Thank You again Very Much to the delivery team with Victor and helper. Sorry I forgot to ask the helper’s name. They were very respectful and professional, and the service was fast and on time. I will definitely shop with Dufresne again in the near future.

found exactly what i needed, salesman Doug was awsome, answered my questions, helped me find my best opition (budget, size) got furniture at that location in the past! always good quality . Glad i dealt whit Dufresne again. Im adding this last part here to say that also delivery guys where on point. very happy whit my purchases

We had a great experience with Dufresne from start to finish when purchasing our appliances. Customer service was excellent throughout the entire process, with clear and consistent communication at every step. The delivery team was especially outstanding, very kind, professional, and honest, which we truly appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of the whole time. We would absolutely recommend Dufresne and would not hesitate to shop with them again.

My boyfriend and I visited this location today and were quite frankly appalled at the service! The first salesman that approached us tried telling us there was no such thing as the kind of stackable washer and dryer we were looking for to which we said actually they exist just because you dont have them here does not mean they dont exist lol. Then we said we were looking for Fridgiaire fridges and his response was well what kind we have thousands, I said well lets start with one he then seemed to have issues finding them. We walked past about 10 other brands where we got to only 3 models. I explained I was looking for a particular one to which he said he would go check meanwhile since that was taking time we moved over to look at recliners and not one single other salesperson came over to ask if we needed any assistance and the original salesperson never ever came back to us about the fridge inquiry. I did finally ask a salesman if he worked there and could help us look for the type of recliners we had in mind, he was pleasant but not very much help. We had another salesperson stop to ask about and pet our lil puppy we had with us but never bothered to inquire if we needed any assistance. So, at this point we chose to leave and take our business where the sales people might actually show some effort or inspiration. Now we went in there wanting to purchase a stackable washer and dryer, a fridge, a stove, an upright freezer, a range hood and 2 recliners. So unfortunately due to the disgusting service this store lost out on a $4800.00 sale today. We went to the Cyrville Home Depot and that is what all that cost us (minus the recliners as they don't have those instore) there plus few extras like hoses for washer/dryer etc. We had an absolutely fantastic salesman by the name of Daryl who assisted us and gave top notch customer service and we even tipped him $20.00 to show our absolute appreciation. So Dufresne management you might want to retrain or motivate your employees so you don't miss out on these kind of opportunities to bring sales into your establishment. We've shopped at the location on Hunt Club in the past and they served us very well there so we expected the same level of service but obviously as this review entails was definitely not the case.
