I had a flat tire but was able to make it to work. I called KAL Tire to see if they could fit me in the same day, and they quickly made room for me. They inspected my tires, found the nail, repaired it, topped up the air in the rest of the tires, and had me back on the road in no time. I always go to KAL Tire for anything related to my tires, and they consistently deliver great service. The team is quick to resolve issues, always polite and professional, and their pricing is excellent. I highly recommend this location if you need a tire repair or are looking to purchase new tires.

SERVICE IS FIRST RATE! They are excellent about getting you in as quickly as possible, get you in on time, and have lots of bays and staff to work quickly. They're even good about warrantee work (in my experience, actually getting warrantee service *at all* at other places can be a problem). Their staff are helpful & knowledgeable; there are coffee, comfy chairs, and washrooms in the waiting area; and it's easily accessible off the 417 (though a little tricky to find off Sheffield the first time). We will continue to be loyal customers!

The team at Kal Tire were outstanding!.. Took my truck in when my appointment was scheduled, explained what they were doing, taking the time to re-torque the lug nuts twice, with the shop manager overseeing the work…. Great place to go to when you are changing up to your winter tires, you can trust that they have the rights skills to do your work properly, ensuring your safety is their top priority, and they are competitively priced. I won’t go anywhere else !… You can rely on, and trust this team 100 percent!…

My favourite go-to auto shop for wheels, tires, or just regular maintenance. These guys are good and have worked with me to price work and fit parts that are not stock to my 370Z. The mechanics all have broad expertise, and also skills that are not on Kal’s menu which they love to flex when needed. Always a great experience!

I had a very positive experience at the store. From the layout to the front desk service, as well as the professional installation team and flexible management, everything left a great impression on me. Although there were a few minor mistakes along the way, the staff handled them appropriately, resulting in a win-win situation for both the customer and the staff. I would like to extend special thanks to Spencer for his coordination and to Mike for his patience. I highly recommend this store.
