I had an appointment booked here. The customer before me was taking a long time. I was asked to wait. After an hour they tell me they can't do my taxes because it's time for the appointment of someone scheduled after me. I was asked to reschedule for another day. Nice. An hour well spent. These people are so professional. Not! Also, it was Heather for whom appointment was scheduled for.

STAY AWAY!! they are unresponsive filed the taxes incorrect creating unnecessary assessment. They still owe all paper copies of all our documents nobody is able to be reached. When calling phone appointments aren't followed up on, you get in person appointments when the office is closed. Don't use them! EDIT:... In response to the canned response 'from the owner', calling the general number isn't very useful. Talking to an agent in a call center with limited to no understanding of the problem, we're just being pointed back to the agents in the local location that aren't there right now. These same agents don't know how to work their own systems since they are unable to setup up phone meetings with their own auditors (appointments get lost in their system), Or they make appointments for the local offices on days that the office is actually closed!!! I stay with my recommendation. DON'T USE HR BLOCK. We have bought the tax insurance, but if you don't get to speak to someone there is no way to actually leverage that insurance and resolve the tax issues. At the same time they loose the documents so there really isn't a good way to resolve the tax issues anyway.

They were unprofessional in my case. The lady named Ruth didn't even know which form to file for me. She filed the wrong form for higher tax return and I had to figure it out the next day that what she did was not the correct procedure and file an amendment with another H&R. The least I expected was them to know what federal or state forms to be filed as tax specialists. Their service is good but the small mistakes they do makes me rethink about going back again. They also charge very high compared to others out there. Not value for money.

I've used HR Block services for many years. Every assistant has been great to work with. This year I worked with Rich Hall in the Boston - Church Park office. Extremely knowledgeable & pleasant. Highly recommended.

I met with Tax Professional,Heather Randolph. I did not feel taken care of during my visit. During my H&R Block experience, I had to wait close to an hour after my scheduled time to meet with a representative. I understand things come up, but I would have liked a little more communication instead of feeling like I was just left there by myself not knowing what was going on or what to expect. When I finally met with my representative I was not able to get answers that always sufficed. I felt rushed on time. This was a big tax year for me and I needed help understanding everything. I would get the run-around trying to come to solutions, and I don't believe my tax return was completely optimized. My representative was also slightly dismissive on some of the things I wanted to talk about. I did not feel comfortable at all during the time I was there, and if I had more time to file my taxes I would have probably left that session and scheduled one with a different person.
