I went to this watch repair shop just to have my watch band shortened, and the service was excellent. The girl was very friendly and efficient, and she finished shortening the band in less than five minutes. The only regret I have is that I didn’t bring any cash — I really wanted to tip them, but they wouldn’t even accept it! She was so warm and sweet 🥹They were incredibly nice and generous. Highly recommended!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had the pleasure of stopping in this weekend - working with Anna was a bright spot in the weekend! I’ve only been in here a handful of times, but it’s always enjoyable. I dropped off a couple of automatic watches back in November, one of which was used but brand new to me. The first watch needed an overhaul, but the second (new to me) one they determined only needed some basic maintenance. In other words, they could have taken advantage of that situation but didn’t, which makes me appreciate them even more. Yeah, they had my watches for a while, but…who wants to rush an horologist while they’re working on your babies?! A few weeks was no surprise to me, especially around the holidays. Anyway, it’s a magical place, where time feels like it stands still. Even if you don’t need anything, I urge you to stop in, I think you’ll be glad you did. Anna, Salem, and everyone I’ve talked to here have been helpful and delightful. Thank you! Wishing you all the very best!

I stopped in today to see if they would be able to fix my late grandpa’s Seiko watch band and clasp. When it was my turn after a short wait, the gentleman behind the counter (I believe the long-time owner) happily said he could fix it. I have never been to this store before, but I did a quick internet search this morning and found this was only a 15-minute drive for us. The gentleman proceeded to joke with me and at the same time teach me about how I could fix it myself. The fix didn’t take very long, and my grandfather’s watch now fits me perfectly and stays clasped! It was a wonderful first time experience for me, and I will definitely be back. Thanks again for your kindness and help today! 🙏🏻

What a pleasant surprise! Went in for a watch bettery, was replaced within 3 minutes for only $15. They polished the face of an old watch I had for nothing (they explained it was very expensive to rebuild bc it was a cheap old one but sentimental to me). All the while they entertained my curious five year old and showed her cuckoo clocks, a coin trick, and answered her 1000 questions. I can't wait for my battery to die again so I have an excuse to go back.

The metal part that connects my watch and band completely broke. Dykman’s was able to solder it and my watch is as good as new. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
