My review is mixed....during a winter storm they were able to get a tech out on a Sunday which was great. The tech was great and informative. Our heat exchanger was cracked so we needed a new system. Tech set up the "sales" appointment for the following Monday morning. The "sales" guy came and was nice, we talked and I explicitly told him I wanted nothing to do with a Goodman...to make a long story short, he quoted me 22k on a Daiken (he tried to make them out to be a great company) but they are Lexus of GOODMAN! We reached out to our neighborhood and got multiple recommendations for a local company that quoted us 7k less for better equipment. Our local guy has already installed and he told us he gets offers every week to be bought out by the big names because they want to be able to quote so high without honest competition. All in all - service tech was great. Sales not so much!

Shower Valve Replacement (Guest Bathroom) Keelan Taylor did a great job! He clearly explained my options and found a way to fix the issue without opening the wall, which saved me money. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to provide estimates for other projects I’m considering. Highly recommend!

We’ve used EANES before for HVAC services, so we didn’t hesitate to call them when we needed plumbing work. We had a great experience with their plumbing service. The technician, Circ (Max) Walker, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was done right. It’s reassuring to work with someone who truly knows their craft and cares about quality. We would absolutely recommend them and will use their services again.

I contacted Eanes at 1:30 AM this morning after my hot water heater failed late the previous evening. The young lady who answered was incredibly helpful and reassuring. By 8 AM, David arrived to assess the situation and gently explained that my 10-year-old unit had serious issues from the original installation—including a sideways regulator that rendered it ineffective and likely was the issue causing the pilot light to fail frequently over the past 10-15 years. Because of this he made a very rational case for a full replacement rather than repairs. By noon, David along with Russel was back on site working as a team with a brand-new, professional-grade 50-gallon water heater. They redid the gas piping and plumbing, installed it on a new base, and added the required ballard per code (which the original homeowner had removed). I quickly sensed David’s attention to detail matched my own OCD tendencies, which was a huge comfort. When his associate Russell joined, they worked efficiently, and we had hot water restored by mid-afternoon—I couldn’t believe the quick turnaround! I’m so grateful to Eanes for their qualified staff and David’s passion for perfection. What started as a stressful situation turned into an outstanding outcome that my wife, family, and I truly appreciate. I look forward to working with Eanes again and strongly recommend them to anyone seeking quality workmanship.

Steve & Team for the past three days have been amazing, professional, and on time every visit. Eanes was recommended by a friend and you guys exceeded my expectations. Charles Dunn I met a few weeks back super amazing. Spencer amazing took time to explain options after a detail inspection of my home built in 1962. This was a huge project that was definitely needed. Eanes team sure they cleaned up all areas, reconnected gas line; later we realize we did not hve any hot water. I called and Steve immediately return to remedy the minor problem of relighting the polite of my Gas Hot Water tank. Steve has a great spirit, much kind and I learned he is a veteran THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE
