Super impressed with Farad. He responded to me promptly, showed up as we had scheduled, understood the problem(s) and took care of both my iMac and MacBook, one after the other so I would not be offline, within a day of taking each away. He respected my security and privacy concerns which were important to me. My old Mac operates like new and will be a Christmas gift to my 8 year-old grandnephew.

Was pretty nervous handing my computer over but Fahad was very helpful and fixed my PC issues quickly, communicated well and all at a reasonable cost. Hope I don’t have more problems but will contact him if I do!
