I just walked into Rosedale Computers and spoke to the owner. Upon hearing about my technical issue, the friendly gentleman immediately told me a way to solve my issue without any expensive repair at all. I walked home, plugged in, and my laptop is once again working perfectly, thanks to his advice. He lost repair revenue this time but thanks to his honesty, he's gained another loyal customer. I had a great experience here. Kia inspected my laptop quickly and fixed the issue. He also recommended repairing the liquid metal on the CPU after showing me the current state of the laptop. I had him fix it and everything works great! I never felt pressured to do the extra repairs, but it was definitely necessary to do so after seeing the issue. Highly recommend bringing your laptop/desktop here for service. Prices were reasonable and customer service was amazing!
