Tremendously good service. Walked in at 2:30 pm on a Friday with a sick iPhone SE, walked out less than an hour later with a new battery and a spring in my step. Staff is pleasant, and a link allowed me to track my repair in real time. Highly recommended.
I've used this computer repair shop a few times now, mainly for my iPhones. Each time they have been amazing. Fast, kind, and really fair. There are 2 chairs in the shop for you to sit and wait if needed. Highly recommend.
Brilliant shop that's kept my ancient iPhone running for so much longer than its life expectancy people gasp when I pull it out and they see how small it is! They replaced the battery within an hour or so for much cheaper than anywhere else would have charged me. Most recently, when my iPhone bricked and I thought this was the end of it, they opened it out, located a piece of lint fluff that had gummed up the system, removed it and had it running like nothing had happened within 15 minutes of entering the shop. The charge for their service? Nothing!
I was in a real bind. My MacBook Pro's down arrow key stopped working, and to make matters worse, I had missing screws on the bottom case. With a critical project deadline looming, I was desperate for a quick fix. I brought it to iRepair Danforth and was lucky enough to be helped by Dilin. From the start, he was fantastic. He was incredibly methodical, carefully explaining the entire repair process to me without using confusing jargon. He understood my time crunch completely. What I thought would be a complex, expensive, and time-consuming repair, Dilin handled with astonishing speed and skill. He had my laptop fixed in what felt like no time at all. But here’s the part that truly blew me away: when it came time to pay, he didn’t charge me for his time. He knew I was under pressure and simply wanted to help. In today's world, where customer service often feels transactional and impersonal, encountering someone like Dilin is genuinely refreshing. He took what was a very stressful situation and turned it into an incredibly positive experience. Thank you, Dilin. You are a true professional and a credit to iRepair Danforth.
