Required assistance in buying quite a few resources for my senior Visual Arts class. Jess was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable - even assisted me in getting my purchases to my car! Will be back again. :)

I want to express my disappointment after being refused a return by Eckersley Hamilton for unopened items I purchased, citing that the return time had expired (even though they didn’t know the exact date of purchase). Despite having the original receipts and the items remaining unopened, I was met with resistance when I questioned their policy (which states returns can me made at any time, providing proof of original purchase). The staff member I spoke with claimed she was 'only a worker' and directed me to contact head office, she then abruptly ended the call, without allowing me to reply. Given my loyalty as a customer, including significant past purchases, I expected a more accommodating response. As per other reviews, this was not a young staff member.

Only popped in for a quick stop for basic, cheap sketching supplies to keep me busy while my car is in the shop. Lovely woman with great service, very kind and helpful. Only spent $15 in total and have all I need to keep me occupied for hours, and she recommended a great Cafe to sit at to do my sketching. Nothing negative to say about the place or the service, and they have a huge range of supplies ♡

I popped in to see if they had wooden block canvases for artworks and they did and the server also knew alot about art and was able to give suggestions given what I was planning on doing.
