Communication is horrible, treatment doesn’t work and want you get a contract with them for a year in order to guarantee their work. Conveniently the technician is no longer an employee but the job was never done correctly and he ran out, our 30 day re-treatment timeframe due to lack of communication. I hope you have a better experience than we did. But I would never do business with this company a waste of $300 dollars

Just had Devon here for the initial appointment to go over our concerns and needs at our property. He was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We are now set up for continuing maintenance and it’s very reassuring to know that we can call any time for additional visits - thank you

Jordan was very nice, easy to communicate with. Listened to my concerns. I appreciate that quite a lot. He sprayed all around the outside, after inspecting inside and garage for rat traps ... changing out any necassary. I would approve his return to my home.

I signed up for their service and on the day of, the person showed up and I assumed he started the work. He actually just left without even telling me before doing any work. When I contacted the office, they didn’t seem surprised and were going to send the same technician. I’m frankly surprised by the positive reviews which mention reliability.

It all depends on what tech you get! Some are very LAZY and do not do all they’re supposed to do. However, Vance was exceedingly professional, polite, friendly, courteous, helpful, and did more thorough work than any other tech (including 2 or 3 others from EcoGuard) that I’ve had out to my home. He is a total gem! I’ve extended my service solely because of him! I wish all the other techs were equally competent and wonderful. Thank you for being such a rockstar, Vance. I have had great experiences with their customer service. They too are very professional, helpful and courteous. This says a lot these days. My beef is that all previous techs did not perform all contracted services, one was very lazy and was only here for literally less than ten minutes. Also, it’s not always easy to lock down arrival time and get sufficient notice and heads up. Direct communication with tech during arrival window would be most helpful.
