Met with James Dutra to sell a chain I had for awhile. I got up this morning, not knowing where I would go, but after surfing the Internet for a little bit, I ran into Ed Marshall jewelers, and all the reviews were great. James made the experience painless and was straight to the point, he even answered some questions I had about how they determine the purity and quality of the gold. Overall, it was a great experience, very friendly staff and I was offered water on my way in and on my way out. I will definitely be back to do more business there. If you need to sell jewelry or are looking to buy some good pieces this is the best place to come to. Keep up the good work James, you made the experience great. 👊🏽

I would give them 25 stars if possible. They have serviced our watches and helped us with vintage pieces. Their customer service is stellar, personable and honest. I went the other day to get help with a watch that didn’t hold much value, but held a lot of sentimentality. The store wasn’t even open, which I did not know, but they gladly welcomed me in and serviced me. They always go above the call of duty. If you need a personable, honest local jeweler who will take care of you like you’re one of the family, do not hesitate to go to ED Marshalls.

Stopped into E.D. Marshalls for resizing a ring that I purchased online. The store was pleasantly warm, inviting, and welcoming. The clerk greeted me upon entering and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. I waited a short while for them to conduct their business with other patrons, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear K-Love Christian Radio playing in the background. Being a firm K-Love supporter and listener, I felt perfectly at home and at ease in the establishment. The clerk afterward, treated me fairly and respectfully, inspite of my Circle K work attire, making no perceived judgement of my financial ability, which I appreciated, as I had been judged by appearence before at other jewelers. Overall, I had a pleasant and wonderful experience with E.D. Marshalls, I got my ring resized to fit me better, and they even returned it back resized, a week earlier than they had quoted for the work to be done. At all a fair and reasonable price. Thank you all very much for such a wonderful experience and for preparing my ring well within time for me. I truly do appreciate your service and store.

These guys are great. Ben has changed several batteries and shortened a watch for me and does it with accuracy and always prompt! And no charge. Today Scott sold my husband a watch. This company is great to do business with!

E.D. Marshall is a rare gem in a market obsessed with whatever new Rolex or flavor of the month watch happens to be. They carry proper, interesting stuff! The staff is not just knowledgeable but passionate about the brands they carry. I've dealt with Hugh a few times and can't think of a negative experience. He even overnighted a watch (and apologies for the awful photo quality) I was interested in "as a surprise". My only regret was not taking better photos, so you'll just need to visit!
