I just happened to stop by the store to see if they could potentially fix my watch strap as a pin had broken when trying to replace. Within minutes, the lady came back handed me my watch and said happy holidays. Thank you, Elizabeth for helping me and also to Leilani, the watchmaker who kindly fixed it for me. I will definitely be back.
