I’ve been to London Gold a number of times for purchasing new jewelry, repairing jewelry, and most recently selling gold pieces. The service is always friendly and helpful. They have a large selection in stock for purchase. Skyler has been my primary salesperson but all salespeople who helped me have been great. You are never rushed or pushed to make a decision. My experience with David today to sell some gold pieces was very pleasant. Again, no rush, explained the entire process of weighing and valuing and police filing as well as his personal take on the gold market. Really helped me make a decision I am comfortable with. Highly recommend London Gold.

Thank you to David, for being informative, patient and professional. I am not very familiar with the appraisal process, or even been around fine jewelry/fine jewelry stores, but David took his time and attended to each of my pieces(even those with minimal value) equally. He took the time to explain why each item was worth what it was, and some “fun” facts about the jewelry industry in general. Overall, a really nice experience. If/when I need future assistance, I will definitely visit London Gold again. RR

We have been a client of Orly’s for over 25 years and she has been one of the best people to work with all these years! We trust her with our old items and her guidance on new items explicitly! We had such a great experience working with Skyler! He helped us pick out our 10-year wedding anniversary rings upgrade and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, and truly took the time to help us find what felt right. Since our rings were custom made, he stayed in touch with friendly text updates and was so welcoming with any questions we had while we waited for them to be ready. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and cares about finding the perfect pieces for his customers. Our rings turned out absolutely stunning.. We couldn’t be happier! I wanted something special and unique for my daughter in law’s birthday. I met with Ronnie at London Gold in Scottsdale. They made beautiful and elegant earrings combining her and my son’s birthstones; Opal and peridot in 14k gold. She loves them! We are thrilled with the quality of the stones. London Gold did this very quickly for us as well. I highly recommend London Gold and ask for Ronnie!
