The reception staff were super friendly and amazing as soon as I walked in. Dr Penumaka was a breath of fresh air! She was very helpful with helping me understanding the process and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this place as the staff are professional, personable and supportive throughout

I feel really sad writing this but I’m very disappointed with today’s appointment. I have been having clear lift laser facials for the last 7 years, and have been a client at the wellness clinic for roughly about 3/4 years, I have always been so happy with my results, the staff have always been so kind and not to mention the treatments I have had with various skin care specialists have always been of the same quality and similar experiences, however today was a very different experience, I had booked in again for my regular clear lift facial it was moved from 12.45 to 2.45 which is fine I understand there were issues with the machine, I arrived at 2.30 to be told my appointment was at 3.00pm which again was fine, I was taken into the room by jasmine where she took a few pictures of my skin and I told her what my skin concerns were, I was taken into the room at 2.48pm. I explained I had a little bit of make up on as I had things to do prior to the treatment, I just expected a cleanse and tone would be a normal part of a medical grade facial but unfortunately my face was wiped with a wipe, as an aesthetic practitioner and a beauty therapy lecturer in a college a cleanse and tone is a basic part of even a level 1 facial, let alone a facial where your skin is exposed to lasers, not only did this feel rushed it’s not safe practice to use lasers on the skin where make up or potential moisturisers can be left on as a Barrier, it’s un hygienic and I just felt like the whole experience was rushed. As I have said I’ve been having this facial for years and I’m usually in the room for at least an hour and all of my concerns are usually addressed but today this wasn’t the case at all, my facial lasted less than 30 minutes and the laser procedure was 15 minutes!!! This is a £280 facial. As I’m not a confrontational person and also didn’t want to make jasmine feel uncomfortable I waited until I left to send an email, which resulted in a phone call stating all practitioners work differently, which again being in the same industry I understand but a 15 minute facial with no cleanse and tone for £280 just doesn’t sit right with me, following the treatment SPF and gel was applied to my skin again not using the correct moisturiser routine which is in any basic facial it was applied with a finger, I hate to complain I really do but this has consumed my whole day, it’s something I treat myself to and I look forward to and I’ve came home to have to wash my face as you can see in the picture the face cloth is full of make up which was left on my skin whilst the laser was taking place, there is absolutely no difference on my skin what so ever, usually my skin is red, glowing, fresh and tight I feel worse than what I did before I arrived but, 2.5 hour journey for a 15 minute facial left with make up on my skin, I’m very upset and disappointed as I have never experienced anything like this before at the clinic.

I had a really lovely experience at my first time in the clinic today, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The doctors I saw listened to my issues, offered advice and then proceeded with treatment after going over everything with me. I’m needle phobic and was made to feel relaxed, comfortable the whole time and Informed. I came away feeling very positive and will be visiting again for sure.

Dr Ganta performed my husband's Vasectomy Reversal. We were well informed of the procedure beforehand and on the day of surgery. Throughout our experience, Dr Ganta has provided a very professional, friendly, understanding service of care. He made it a point to address any concerns and fears we may have and there has also been a good follow up after the surgery. I would definitely recommend his expertise. Also just to note that the clinic is held to a very high standard of cleanliness and the staff go above and beyond to show hospitality and to make your visit there as pleasant and stress free as possible.

Shazia B is absolutely wonderful – so kind, professional, and reassuring. This was my first time having laser treatment, and I was a little nervous, but she instantly put me at ease. She patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had laser for acne scars and hyperpigmentation, and the improvement in my skin has been incredible – my confidence has grown so much. You can tell she truly cares about her clients, and that makes all the difference. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
