I went in with a Macbook Pro with a completely broken screen that I was having trouble erasing/resetting before donating to a theatre, and they were great with talking through options and helping out. They ended up sorting me out with a slightly damaged replacement screen which works perfectly for my purposes and was way cheaper than any other repair would have been. Thank you!

I don't often review places, but these guys are worth a special shout out. It's a little hard to find, and also looks a bit like an antiques shop inside, but the team here really know their stuff and provide excellent service (and parts) for a very, very reasonable price. Highly recommended. PS I am IT consultant and have worked with dozens of companies, so have plenty of experience dealing with IT help desks etc.
