Popped in on my way past and it is so big inside! The staff are lovely and there is so much choice. I picked up some plates and a gorgeous vase all for less than £10 in total but will be back when I need some bigger items as I like the idea of trying to buy secondhand first and I saw some lovely sofas.
Very nice manager, young girl. well done 🙌 I came to buy a second console table today, after purchasing one a couple of days ago. One of the staff members reacted angrily, saying I had already taken one. I calmly explained that I bought it, not “took” it, and that there was no reason to speak in an angry tone. Customers deserve respectful communication. Thankfully, another lady was very polite and professional.~~~
Wonderful! The best customer service. Recently moved into an unfurnished flat with little possessions, I have had the good fortune of meeting and engaging with several of the employees and volunteers (spending considerable time there) this past month, and also to observe there conduct. All have been very welcoming, receiving each person with kindness and respect, without prejudice, willing and wanting to help guide around etc. giving time and attention to help as much as possible. Which is very rare and difficult in these crazy times. One may have to wait some moments to be served at times, which is understandable, and nowhere is perfect, besides, we all need to learn more patients anyway. Good intentional and kindhearted people was my personal experience, which made it a joy to be there. Truly a friendly atmosphere. There seems to be a united team spirit amongst the workers as well. The prices/bargains for the quality of many items is surely unbeatable. May it be blessed!
I wanted to thank FoursQare for being so nice. Especially Libby. She made my day genuinely exceptional. i never thought going to a furniture store could be so wholesome. she's an awesome, wonderful person, and can’t thank you ebough. I picked out very nice items. She helped me find all the things I need and was never too busy to assist. Wonderful guys
Oh my god... I've fallen in love with this place. The prices are insane and the quality of the items looks really great. Some actually beautiful pieces of second hand furniture and so much of it! Me and my friend got matching le creuset pots for £1 each!! That's unbelievable!
