We were having a challenge with a GFCI outlet tripping in our kitchen. Parker from Edison Electric was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a very reasonable timeframe. Parker was courteous, kind, and provided a thorough overview of the work along with a quote before he started the work. Overall we were very happy with the response time and final cost of the repair. We’ll certainly consider Edison Electric if we need electrical work in the future.

I am proudly the 7th homeowner of my little Richfield house but with that comes fixing a lot of the previous owner’s mistakes. Sam arrived with an apprentice, Brandon. Both were very kind, friendly and respectful. They even brought their own branded shoe rug so they could change into their work shoes. Once in their work shoes, they put little orange shoe booties on as a second form of protection. This attention to detail was appreciated. They also cleaned up and vacuumed more than once before leaving. When it came to price and explaining everything, I felt Sam was very knowledgeable. He explained and answered all my questions, and broke down concepts that were easy for me to comprehend. (I am not an electrician and have never dabbled with it before) He gave me options and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to accept the work, which unfortunately is something I’ve experienced in the past with other trades. Overall 5/5 and I’m sending his information off to my cousin who also is looking for an electrician.

Brandon & Connor were so great to work with! They fixed the issue and gave us information and recommendations for other things to do to make our house more safe. Really appreciate their communication style and they were very patient and considerate around our schedule as we were working from home while they were here. Would recommend them and work with them again.

We're really happy with the service we received from Edison and we highly recommend them. We had a variety of tasks around the house that we were looking to have done and they got us in their schedule right away (John and Sam are great!), and then the service team was fantastic to work with as well (really appreciate it, Brandon, Nick, and Brandon!). They listened carefully and checked everything out around the house, and then they provided us with a variety of estimates for the work that we had initially requested as well as a few a la carte options for us to consider. They were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient, and their prices are guaranteed so even though they found a few complications throughout the work we weren't charged for the extra steps that they had to take to get the job done right. They also even walked me through how to safely do some of the work myself in the future, which I really appreciated and wasn't expecting. After they left we noticed something not working quite right, and they came back out the next day and quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. All in all, we had a great experience and we will absolutely be back as our electrical needs arise. Thanks again!

The team from Edison Electric was excellent. They gave us several options, explained everything clearly, and their attention to detail really showed. They carefully updated some very outdated and aging electrical in our home and hung an 1870s chandelier - it looks amazing. They were professional, respectful of our space, and clearly take pride in their craft. I’ll absolutely hire them again for future projects, and I’d recommend them to anyone.
