Coming to Cookeville and I was searching for a Tv and kitchen package, I was so pleasantly impressed by the combination of friendliness and charm of the store for Black Friday. The staff was amazing and the main manager Jason really elevated the experience for me and I will be returning. Stopped in the Cookeville location to shop for a refridgerator. I ended up speaking with Daniel, in appliances. I will say, he was the most helpful appliance person I have ever spoken with (incl places like Lowes, Home Depot, etc.) He listened to the features I was looking for and helped me narrow down my choice to a Samsung. The catch was I needed it quickly. He did thorough searches through his sources and even offered valid options but the one I was looking for was not available for a few weeks. Despite not being able to help me today, I will most definitely be using Daniel as my #1 source for appliances going forward. My son is building a home soon and I've already committed to sending him to EE and Daniel to outfit his entire kitchen and laundry room. You are fortunate to have such a customer focused salesperson.
